The Academy of Energy Education is the result of a partnership between Johnson Controls and NEF for the purpose of offering customized curriculum-enhancing programs that combine the study of science, energy and math with real world experience. K-12 students and teachers gain a better understanding of how energy and environmental education can impact the community through Johnson Control’s commitment to The Academy. Individuals also learn to modify their energy usage behavior at school and home, which results in greater energy efficiency and reduced energy costs.

NATIONAL ENERGY FOUNDATION

National Energy Foundation is a unique non-profit organization dedicated to the development, dissemination, and implementation of supplementary educational materials, programs, and courses. These resources for education relate primarily to energy, water, natural resources, technology, conservation, and the environment.
